At a street fair I found a set of postcards from the Museum of Bad Art. Some of it was definitely too awful to inflict upon my most detested correspondents but some of the cards like 'Pablo Presley' made the pack too hard to pass up. On the museum website, each painting is accompanied by informational art jargon that sounds both high-brow and ridiculous , often delving into the intriguing provenance of each work. The caption accompanying this odd painting of Fido in the snow reads:
"A remarkable fusion of ski resort and wolf puppy -- stoical in his yellow-eyed silence, frozen beneath the ice-capped peak, Dog elequently challenges the viewer to rexamine old concepts of landscape."
