At Printed Matter on 10th Ave. I found some really cool zines by Noah Lyons (Retard Riot/Dr.Ninja). They're sort of like comic/doodlebooks. They cost between 2 and 8 bucks each. I really like his crazy cartoon mishy mashy style. The booklets are only a few inches tall and just xeroxed and stapled together. Way to make a buck! I love it. He's collaborated in the past with some artists I admire like Brian Chippendale and PaperRad.
