The Last Unicorn
In researching mythical creatures for an animation I am working on, I remembered this childhood favorite movie, 'The Last Unicorn'. I don't think many people remember it, but if you did, here is a montage with an amazing updated theme song. If you think about the relevance of this message to today's ecosystem, especially the polar bears, who may be a vanished race in our childrens' lifetime. You may find yourself tearing up a bit as you listen and watch. Sorry to those of you who haven't seen this movie. You really missed out!

The person at 1:09 reminds me of Dane Larson!
It's alive and well in my generation. My friend's wife is obsessed. She actually believed she was a unicorn until she was like fifteen or something. By the way, hi, Annie.
I remember that movie very well. My daughter just did something that made me think of it the other day actually. And, yes, it is very sad to think of what our children may be missing out on.
i LOVEed this movie - i think, didn't we watch it together?
